Stop Paying For Gas

Have you considered how much money you spend on gas for your car? Spending just $30.00 per week on gas equates to $1,560.00 per year. If you keep your car for 5 years, you will have spent $7,800 just on gas!

How would you like to keep that money in your pocket? Well, you can by converting your car into an electric car. We're not talking about slow moving golf carts. I'm referring to a practical EV that you will want to drive and show off to your friends & family.

It's no secret that the the sales of electric cars are growing. Car manufacturers are coming out with new electric cars that are as luxurious and dependable as gas models. If you have $40,000, you too can be a proud owner of a new electric vehicle. In today's economic uncertainty, most of us don't have that kind of money to buy a new electric vehicle. That's why there is a growing trend of electric car conversions. Converting an older, polluting, gas guzzling car into a quiet, earth-friendly vehicle for a few hundred bucks makes sense.

What about the cost of electricity? Instead of filling up your tank, you will need to re-charge the batteries. An electric car will go up to 100 miles on a single charge. That's about four gallons of gas. The cost will depend on how much your electric company charges per kw hour, but it will be somewhere between $.56 and $3.18. So, that's a big savings compared to buying four gallons of gas.

Is it easy to do convert a car into an electric vehicle?

1. You need a detailed plan on how to convert your car into an electric car.

2. You will need a garage to work on the car

3. You will need common tools like wrenches, drills, pliers and screw drivers that you probably already have.

Once accomplished, an electric car conversion is very rewarding. Especially, when you can drive passed the gas stations since you no longer have to pump any gas. Your electric car will be able to go at least 50 mph and travel up to 100 miles on a single charge.
